Frontend Developer & Tech Lead, Building Systems, Not Just Interfaces
A tech lead with real product experience — from multi-tenant POS systems to custom AI agent frameworks. Now focused on helping Indonesian developers and business owners use AI practically, not just chase the trend.
About Me
I'm Ganjar, a frontend developer and tech lead with JavaScript as my main language. I spend most of my time building systems — not just UI, but the architecture behind it: database schemas, agent orchestration, and automation pipelines that keep running without me having to babysit them.
Over the past few years, my focus has shifted from just "building products" to "building systems that can teach themselves to work" — from a multi-agent framework for development automation (CAF), to a POS system with its own AI agent that helps shop owners manage stock and daily reports. I believe AI is most valuable not as a bolted-on feature, but when it actually removes the manual work that used to be exhausting.
These days I split my time between building products (Coderium, umkm-pos), designing custom AI agent systems, and sharing what I learn through content — for Indonesian developers who want to get better at using AI coding tools, and for business owners who want their own systems without having to become programmers.
How I Work
- Practical above everything — a system has to actually get used, not just get demoed.
- AI as a replacement for manual work, not just a chatbot bolted on top.
- Learn by building — everything I teach, I've already applied on real projects.
What I'm Building
Current projects, software courses, and technical research I am actively working on.
A custom multi-agent framework that automates the development process, from planning to deployment.
Product Input, Daily Report, and Stock agents for a multi-tenant POS system.
Migrating a content-publishing and knowledge-management platform to a modern monorepo.
Featured Work
A selection of software products and platforms built from the ground up.
CAF — Coderium Agent Framework
In ProgressA multi-agent framework I designed to automate the development process, from planning to deployment. 5-layer architecture: a structured knowledge base, 8 specialist agents following a Plan-Implement-Verify pattern, artifact handoff between agents, automated quality gates, and orchestration via Linear webhooks that trigger headless Claude Code on a VPS.
umkm-pos
BuildingA multi-tenant Point-of-Sale system for small-to-medium businesses, with an AI agent as the key differentiator. The core system (multi-tenant, real-time) is live, with a Product Input Agent, Daily Report Agent, and Stock Agent as the next development focus.
Coderium V2
BuildingA full rebuild of a content-publishing and knowledge-management platform for developers, moving from a legacy architecture to a modern monorepo. About 20 architecture and design docs are done, with active development using CAF from day one.
AI Clipper CLI
CompletedAn open-source Python tool that automatically turns long YouTube videos into viral, ready-to-post clips — download, Whisper transcription, viral segment detection with Gemini, and auto-editing with face-tracking and "Hormozi"-style subtitles.
AI Content Extension
CompletedA Chrome extension (Manifest V3) that turns an article in the active tab into a ready-to-use Reels/TikTok script or carousel draft, via an OpenAI-compatible LLM API (OpenRouter, etc). Automatically extracts article content, generates both formats at once, with generation history stored locally in the browser.
